{"id":6908,"date":"2025-05-19T08:43:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T08:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pro-justice.com.ua\/valeriy-prytulyak-moderates-a-roundtable-discussion-on-the-problems-of-enforcement-of-court-decisions\/"},"modified":"2025-10-18T16:43:21","modified_gmt":"2025-10-18T16:43:21","slug":"valeriy-prytulyak-moderates-a-roundtable-discussion-on-the-problems-of-enforcement-of-court-decisions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pro-justice.com.ua\/en\/valeriy-prytulyak-moderates-a-roundtable-discussion-on-the-problems-of-enforcement-of-court-decisions\/","title":{"rendered":"Valeriy Prytulyak moderates a roundtable discussion on the problems of enforcement of court decisions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-founder of the NGO <\/span><b>NGO \u201cPRO Justice\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and coordinator of the Odesa Regional Expert Group on Reforming the Enforcement of Decisions <\/span><b>Valeriy Prytulyak<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> moderated one of the key sections during the round table on the topic: <\/span><b>\u201cEnforcement of decisions by private enforcement officers: problematic issues and court practice\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event was organized with the participation of <\/span><b>Supreme Court of Ukraine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine (APEO)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>SE \u201cSETAM\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The event was aimed at discussing the challenges faced by private enforcement officers in the course of enforcement of court decisions, especially in cases of commercial jurisdiction and bankruptcy proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the key topics:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">problematic aspects of enforcement of commercial court decisions;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">determining the value of the debtor&#8217;s property in enforcement proceedings;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interaction between enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy procedures.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The panel was attended by representatives of the judiciary, private enforcement officers, and enforcement specialists.
