The NGO IC \u201cPRO Justice\u201d is launching a large-scale study with the support of the EU Project Pravo-Justice to assess how the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” is applied in practice and to identify key challenges faced by judicial control in this area.<\/p>\n
Roman Chumak<\/strong>, co-founder of the NGO IC \u201cPRO Justice\u201d, notes: “Our team is confident that the unification of judicial practice is possible through the development of methodological recommendations and active exchange of experience between judges.”<\/p>\n Virgilijus Valancius<\/strong>, Senior International Expert at the EU Project Pravo-Justice, emphasizes: “The Law on Administrative Procedure is extremely important for Ukraine’s public administration system.
