The two experts will help us understand why our further European integration depends on the proper implementation of the Constitutional Court reform; what decisions are being made there regarding military personnel; and what the competition in the Constitutional Court itself reflects, where a new term requires new specialists. We will also talk about the Rule of Law Index, according to which Ukraine is 98th in a list of almost 150 countries. Two representatives of the NGO Interregional Expert Center “PRO JUSTICE” (translated as “justice, jurisprudence”) will take turns answering questions. These are PhDs in Law Marta Mochulska (Lviv) and Olena Fonova (Kharkiv-Luhansk).<\/p>\n
