On March 04-05 this year, Kyiv hosted the presentation of the Monitoring Report on the Implementation and Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Adopted Regulatory Acts in the Fields of Judiciary, Judicial Proceedings, Criminal Justice, Forensic Expertise and Bankruptcy in 2023, prepared by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the support of the EU Pravo-Justice Project.<\/p>\n

The events were held in two formats – offline and online – with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy, the judiciary, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the EU Pravo-Justice Project, and the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by Iryna Butyrska, Sofia Danyliv, Andriy Ryshchenko, Olena Fonova and Roman Chumak from the NGO CEC “Pro Justice”.<\/p>\n
