Co-founder of the NGO NGO “PRO Justice” and coordinator of the Odesa Regional Expert Group on Reforming the Enforcement of Decisions Valeriy Prytulyak moderated one of the key sections during the round table on the topic: “Enforcement of decisions by private enforcement officers: problematic issues and court practice”.
The event was organized with the participation of Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine (APEO) and SE “SETAM”.
The event was aimed at discussing the challenges faced by private enforcement officers in the course of enforcement of court decisions, especially in cases of commercial jurisdiction and bankruptcy proceedings.
One of the key topics:
- problematic aspects of enforcement of commercial court decisions;
- determining the value of the debtor’s property in enforcement proceedings;
- interaction between enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy procedures.
The panel was attended by representatives of the judiciary, private enforcement officers, and enforcement specialists. The discussion was intense and professional, and allowed us to develop common approaches to improving the mechanisms for enforcing court decisions.
NGO IEC “PRO Justice” welcomes the expert involvement of Valeriy Prytuliak and supports professional dialogue on reforming the enforcement system in Ukraine.
