Olena Fonova, a judge/judge-speaker of the Economic Court of Luhansk Oblast, which operates in Kharkiv, PhD in Law, will help you understand these problems or at least determine in which direction to dig a tunnel to the light. She is the coordinator of the Donbas Regional Council for Justice Reform of the EU project Pravo-Justice.
