An open lecture for students of the National University “Odesa Law Academy” discussed important issues related to the compulsory recovery of damages from the aggressor country.
📌Representatives of our organization, judge of the Economic Court of Luhansk region Olena Fonova and Valerii Prytuliak, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Procedure of the National University “OUJA”, raised a number of key aspects in their speeches.
⚖️ Olena Fonova outlined the problematic issues that arise when considering cases on recovery of damages from the Russian Federation and noted the peculiarities of enforcement of court decisions.
📚 The students actively participated in the discussion, asking questions about the search for and sale of Russian assets in Ukraine and abroad, as well as the difficulties of implementing such decisions and the Russian Federation’s opposition.
We are grateful for your openness and desire to be part of the educational process! ✊
