Pro Justice NGO presented a selection of key legal opinions of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court and cassation courts within the Supreme Court, formulated during 2024. These decisions had a significant impact on the development of law enforcement in Ukraine and covered a wide range of legal aspects.
In particular, during the year, decisions were made on:
๐น social protection of military personnel, their families, war veterans and internally displaced persons;
๐น fulfillment of obligations, bankruptcy procedures, corporate relations and protection of intellectual property;
๐น criminal proceedings related to crimes against the foundations of national security, as well as offenses against peace, human security and international law and order;
๐น disputes concerning the protection of honor, dignity, business reputation, personal non-property rights, as well as labor, family and inheritance relations.
