On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of commercial (arbitration) courts, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Ukraine on the Way to European Integration: Effective Management of State Property as a Tool for Restoring Ukraine’s Economy. Mission and Vision of the Commercial Jurisdiction” was held. The event was organized by the Supreme Court jointly with the European Union’s Pravo-Justice project, the Council of Europe’s Support to the Judiciary in Ukraine in the Context of War and Post-War Period, the project of the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairmanship – Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine “Support to the Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and Ensuring Access to Justice in Times of War”, and the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation. The event was also attended by a representative of the NGO Pro Justice, PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Procedural Law at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, attorney Iryna Butyrska.   Photo: Supreme Court website
