Conference “Model Courts of Ukraine 2022-2023: Wartime Experience”. Under martial law, our courts have demonstrated extraordinary resilience and creativity in ensuring citizens’ access to justice. During the conference, the courts participating in the EU Project Pravo-Justice Model Courts Initiative were honored for presenting their model solutions. Among them: 🔹 The Judicial Resilience Hub is an innovative center that provides uninterrupted access to judicial services even in the face of active hostilities. 🔹 “Air” courtroom – specially equipped in a shelter, which guarantees the safety of participants in the process. 🔹 The Court Volunteer Service is a team that provides support to citizens and promotes the effective work of courts. These and other solutions are striking in their originality and adaptability, demonstrating that even in the most difficult times, justice in Ukraine remains accessible and effective. It is especially gratifying to note that the event was attended by Iryna Butyrska, a member of the NGO CEC Pro Justice, who moderated one of the panels. Many thanks to everyone who works every day to improve the judicial system of our country.
