The NGO “MEC “PRO Justice” is launching a large-scale study with the support of the EU Project Pravo-Justice to assess how the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” is applied in practice and to identify key challenges faced by judicial control in this area.
Roman Chumak, co-founder of the NGO “MEC “PRO Justice”, notes: “Our team is confident that the unification of judicial practice is possible through the development of methodological recommendations and active exchange of experience between judges.”
Virgilijus Valancius, Senior International Expert at the EU Project Pravo-Justice, emphasizes: “The Law on Administrative Procedure is extremely important for Ukraine’s public administration system. It meets the requirements of the European Commission, which are the same for all EU member states and candidates for accession.”
