On May 15, a webinar was held to discuss the ethical standards and principles of private enforcement officers. The webinar was conducted by Valeriy Prytuliak, a member of the NGO LCC “Pro Justice”, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil, Notarial and Enforcement Procedure at the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, private enforcement officer and PhD in Law. Mr. Valeriy is also a member of the Qualification Commission of Private Enforcement Officers and one of the developers of the Code of Professional Ethics for Private Enforcement Officers. During the webinar, Valeriy Prytulyak analyzed in detail the general provisions and principles of professional activity of private enforcement officers set forth in the Code of Professional Ethics for Private Enforcement Officers. In addition, a comparative analysis was conducted with the codes of professional ethics of other self-employed professions, such as lawyers, insolvency officers and notaries. The webinar participants actively participated in the discussion, discussing the practical application of the Code of Professional Ethics for Private Enforcement Officers. Each participant received comprehensive answers from the speaker, which contributed to a better understanding and application of ethical standards in their professional activities.
