The Interregional Expert Center “PRO JUSTICE” will cooperate with the Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine. On May 1, 2024, a memorandum was signed by Oksana Rusetska, Chairman of the UBA, and Olena Fonova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NGO “PRO JUSTICE”. The parties agreed to – promote the development of an effective justice system as an integral part of the rule of law in Ukraine. – cooperate to ensure effective enforcement of court decisions. – to promote reform of the enforcement system in line with the best European standards and practices. – conducting research in the legal, economic, social and political spheres of public activity. – promote the development of professional self-government of independent legal professions. We are confident that the cooperation will be pleasant, productive and will contribute to the development of both organizations and strengthen business ties. For reference: The Association of Private Enforcement Officers of Ukraine (APEO) is a non-profit professional organization that unites all private enforcement officers in Ukraine. Its purpose is to ensure the realization of the tasks of self-government of this independent legal profession. The UBA helps enforcers obtain the necessary information, clarifications and recommendations, and promotes the development of the enforcement sector in Ukraine.
