The NGO Interregional Expert Center “PRO Justice” (hereinafter referred to as the NGO IC “PRO Justice”) was established on the basis of six regional justice reform councils of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”. The purpose of the Councils and the Justice Program is to unite legal professionals to develop the rule of law in Ukraine in accordance with the best international standards and practices, to promote the rule of law, to strengthen democratic values, to assist in the development and implementation of reforms in Ukraine, and to preserve the European integration vector of Ukraine’s development.
